Galaxy Lifeline is a national recruiter partnered with one of the fastest-growing Lifeline Program providers in the U.S. We’re expanding our outreach across California , Kentucky , Kansas and Oklahoma and looking for motivated individuals who want to make a difference in their local community — and get paid to do it.
What You’ll Do
As a Lifeline outreach agent, Your role is to connect with eligible individuals in your community, assist them in completing their application, and submit it through a secure system.
Each qualified Lifeline applicant receives:
- FREE wireless phone
- FREE monthly service
- Continued support as long as they remain eligible
On average, 1 in 5 people qualify for Lifeline based on participation in government programs or income level alone.
What is the Lifeline Program?
The Lifeline Program is a Federal and State benefit program that ensures all Americans — especially low-income individuals — have access to essential phone service. It supports communication with:
- Medical providers
- Emergency services
- Potential employers
- Family & community
We’re committed to community outreach and are seeking local agents to help ensure no eligible household is left disconnected.
Who Qualifies for the Lifeline Program?
A household is eligible if their income is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or if someone in the household participates in any of the following:
- SNAP (Food Stamps)
- Medicaid
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Federal Public Housing Assistance (Section 8)
- Veterans Pension or Survivors Benefit
- Qualifying Tribal Programs:
- Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance
- Tribal TANF
- Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations
- Tribal Head Start (income-based)
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
We are seeking strong candidates with a heart for service and the ability to engage with their community:
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Enjoys helping those in need
- Excellent communication skills (sales/customer service experience is a plus)
- Able to follow program rules and guidelines
- Has reliable transportation
- Owns a smartphone or tablet with internet access (if not, we may be able to help)
- Can pass a background check & drug screening
